金黄色葡萄球菌肺脓肿合并流感病毒、腺病毒1例

摘要


目的：探讨金黄色葡萄球菌肺脓肿合并流感病毒、人腺病毒的治疗经验。方法：总结华北医疗健康集团峰峰总医院呼吸与危重症医学科2025年1月收治的1例金黄色葡萄球菌肺脓肿合并流感病毒、人腺病毒病人的治疗经过。结果：患者主诉发热、咳嗽、伴气喘10余天。入院诊断：社区获得性肺炎。完善胸部影像学考虑左下肺脓肿，支气管镜肺泡灌洗液结果为耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌，先后更换利奈唑胺等多种抗菌药物治疗，同时多次支气管镜吸痰成功救治患者。结论：呼吸道病毒感染未及时控制易合并细菌感染，对于短期进展为肺脓肿的患者，应考虑金黄色葡萄球菌可能，尽早明确病原菌，选用合适的抗菌药物、足疗程治疗对改善愈后、降低患者死亡率至关重要。
